The monocultivar sweet agogia gives the privilege of savoring a great extra virgin olive oil steeped in historical values, legacy of the Etruscans who already used the fruits of this tree during their transit on this land.

The Monocultivar Frantoio BIO presents itself with all its innate elegance. Bewitching notes of almond and freshly mown grass immediately conquer our senses, moment by moment, letting ourselves be remembered. A distinct and refined extra virgin olive oil.

Food and wine pairings : Bruschetta, salads, pasta, brisotti, boiled vegetables, soups, raw fish, steamed fish, white meats, fillet pork, lamb, red pestos, white pestos, hard-boiled eggs, mushrooms, desserts and ice creams.
