From a production of CM oil very rich in vitamins, the idea of ​​an extra virgin olive oil particularly suitable for feeding children was born.
Market research shows that, despite the importance and nutraceutical contribution that extra virgin olive oil has in children's nutrition, there are very few dedicated food oil lines and, in most cases, it is not pure extra virgin olive oil but condiments; that is olive oil artificially enriched with vitamins.
Baby Evo Bio is an organic extra virgin olive oil cold extracted from selected olives, 100% Italian, 100% natural.

The Baby Evo CM project was followed by the Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences of the University of Perugia which carefully analyzed the Baby Evo oil batch and extracted all the details of benefit in terms of growth and development of children.
The result that emerged highlights that CM extra virgin olive oil for children is:

• source of healthy nutrition, naturally rich in beneficial properties such as Omega - 3, Omega - 6, and vitamins in particular E
• in line with the nutritional parameters relating to Omega - 3, Omega - 6 and polyunsaturated fatty acids indicated by the Italian Society of Human Nutrition as a useful contribution to the growth of children and adolescents. It has a ratio between Linoleic Acid and Linolenic Acid similar to breast milk
• naturally rich in tocopherol (vitamin E) useful for healthy bone growth in children.

Baby Evo Bio CM oil is made through the cold pressing of a selection of indigenous, organically grown olives. Like all CM products, it is based on a concept of quality, short supply chain and KM 0.

Recommended daily intake levels: one teaspoon per meal for children up to 6 years of age. A soup spoon per meal for children aged 7 to 10.

The Packaging: practical format of 100 ml and dark glass of the bottle to minimize the possibility of oxidation and dispersion of organoleptic matter. Colorful, joyful and lively graphics, in line with the corporate coordinated image.
