Baci di dama (chocolate or hazelnut)
Baci di dama are crumbly and delicious cookiess, prepared according to an ancient Italian recipe born in the nineteenth century in Turin by the chef of the House of Savoy . The name derives from the shape, two halves of cookies held together by a veil of tempered chocolate to represent two mouths intent on giving each other a sweet kiss. Our pastry chefs propose the hazelnut recipe, in the white or chocolate shortcrust version.
