    Product descriptionSemi-sparkling wine. Trebbiano Toscano, Trebbiano Spoletino, and non-aromatic Malvasia. Vinified with bottle refermentation according to the ancestral method. Hand-harvested, crushed and destemmed grapes, spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts without temperature control. Second fermentation in bottle. Unfiltered, without fining.

    Tasting notes:
    Flavorful and lively, with immediate freshness and lean body. Smooth, dynamic finish, carefree drinking.

    Pairings:
    Excellent with simple dishes, fresh salads, delicate legumes, light appetizers, fish, and lightly fried foods.
