The DOP CM is certified organic, produced from olives grown in organic farming . The pressing is cold and with a mechanical process.

The constant intake of a healthy oil rich in properties such as ours guarantees an intake of polyphenols and vitamin E. They are rich in unsaturated fats that help reduce the formation of cholesterol.
Taste notes. Complex and elegant, we find all the classic scents of the great evo oils: herbaceous notes, artichoke, almond, walnut but also dandelion. All scents present but none prevaricating. In the mouth the almond, supported by the other hints, evolves into a refined and enveloping pleasure.
