From our ancient grains, grown organically on the coasts of Lake Trasimeno, a small production of artisanal durum wheat granulated pasta. The caster is ground to stone and "whole body" with the attention to leave unaltered the natural proportions of bran and bran and to preserve the wheat germ in the whole semolina. The caster is typically obtained from the stone grinding of durum wheat, it gives life to a paste rich in fiber, wheat germ and vitamins with a delicate and unmistakable taste.
Our artisanal pasta is drawn in bronze, dried slowly and at low temperatures. The only ingredients used are semolina and water.
