Product description:
Blend of red grapes (mainly Sangiovese, Merlot). Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and destemmed without skin contact, vinified as a white wine to enhance freshness and lightness. Aged in steel, unfiltered, without fining. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
Tasting notes:
Fresh and smooth, with well-balanced acidity, elegant savoriness with floral hints. Lean and drinkable body, with a slightly fruity finish.

Ideal with freshwater or sea fish, white meats and poultry, fresh salads, grilled vegetables, light appetizers, and finger food.
