Sbrisolona with chocolate cookies are a reinterpretation of the well-known Mantovano dessert. In our proposal, the typical hint of almond blends with a pleasant salty note in a long and fun gustatory dynamic. The name derives from the dialect word "sbrisa" or crumb and refers to the crunchy and at the same time crumbly consistency of the dough.
