Product description:
Trebbiano Toscano (Procanico) and non-aromatic Malvasia. Grapes, hand-harvested between late August and September, are processed with direct pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control, no fining or filtration. Aged in steel to preserve freshness and authenticity.
Tasting notes
Fresh and immediate on the nose, with floral and fruity hints. On the palate, it is lively and vibrant, with well-balanced acidity, a lean yet structured body, and a savory, slightly mineral finish.
Pairings
Ideal with light vegetable-based first courses or delicate risottos, excellent with grilled or baked fish, simple white meats, and fresh cheeses. Also perfect as an aperitif, with finger food, light fried dishes, fresh salads, and delicately flavored legumes.
