Semi-sparkling wine. Blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet. Rosé vinification with bottle refermentation according to the ancestral method. Hand-harvested, crushed and destemmed grapes, spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts, no temperature control. Second fermentation in bottle. Unfiltered, without fining.
